This afternoon, year six pupils were lucky enough to work with a very special visitor from ‘Imagination Gaming!’ He introduced us to some board games that challenged us across various mathematical standards. Theses board games, although educational, were designed to be fun and entertain children AND adults, and it’s safe to say that we all enjoyed it on the day and look forward to playing again.
This morning, the candidates presented their manifestos to the rest of the class. They all made some great points and then it was down to the class to vote. This was an anonymous vote, and results will be revealed shortly…
A group of year six pupils today travelled to Preston to present, ‘What makes good learning?’ The children really shone and showed off what a great school Heygreen is. We couldn’t have wished for better representatives…Well Done!

We looked at: residential buildings (houses and flats), commercial buildings (businesses and shops), industrial buildings (factories and warehouses) and open spaces.
